Cisco 877 with two physical outgoing connections - failover configuration

Hi,
I have a Cisco 877 router (let's call it A), with two outgoing connections to two other
Routers (B and C). Routers B and C are connected to two different ISP using ADSL.

What's the best way to implement failover solution?
I was going to try the IP SLA tracking configuration, but maybe someone have a better idea?...

Are dynamic routing protocols an option? RIPv2 or OSPF?

What are the model #'s of the B and C routers?
