Problem with sip trunk

Hi I'm busy studying for ccnp voice and I am stuck with this sip trunk.
I have a sip trunk setup but cant get incoming calls to come through, outbound calls work fine though...
Can somebody please see what I am doing wrong, I tested the sip trunk with a soft phone and incoming calls work fine.
Here is my configs along with debug info and wireshark captures, please someone help I'm going nuts with this.

Can you just paste "debug ccsip messages" output for incoming calls along with the calling and called number details.?
