is it fine to use 1 gigabit link and 2 fast ethernet link 100mbps combine in 1 port-channel group? because my layer 3 core switch have 2 gigabit ports only.

Unfortunately you cant mix interface types in a port channel. They have to be either gig interfaces or fast ethernet.

Auglan is correct, the interface types have to match. In addition to that, there are several other variables that have to match. Here's a link to a configuration guide list:

Interface type should be the same and also the vlans passing through it should be the same...
